BYT Daily Prayer ("BYT", "we", "us", "our") is a product of SE7EN VENTURES. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website and mobile applications (the "Service").

• Account & waitlist info — email address, optional first name, and the category you select (e.g. business, anxiety, marriage).
• App usage — which prayers you play, streaks, completion timestamps, settings, and the device language/locale.
• Device & technical data — device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, IP address, and approximate region.
• Subscription data — purchase status and renewal state from Apple App Store or Google Play (handled via RevenueCat). We do not see or store your card details.
• Push tokens — only if you opt in to daily reminders.

• Deliver the daily prayer experience and personalize content to the category you choose.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Service (debugging, analytics, fraud prevention).
• Send you product updates, new prayer drops, and account messages.
• Process subscriptions and provide customer support.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We rely on consent (for marketing emails and push notifications), contract (to provide the Service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to keep the Service secure and improve it), and legal obligation where required.

We use a small set of vetted processors to run BYT. They access only what they need to do their job:

• Cloud hosting and database (managed backend infrastructure)
• Analytics & crash reporting
• Email delivery
• Subscription management (RevenueCat, Apple, Google)
• Push notification delivery (Apple Push, Google FCM)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we delete or anonymize it within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain certain records (e.g. tax/billing).

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and similar), you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@se7enventures.com.

BYT is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
